Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1951 in China. It is a joint-stock enterprise with the China Yuchai International (NYSE: CYD) stock listed on the main board of New York United States in the year 1994. It is the first company in the domestic industry to be listed abroad.
