Working Principle
A methanol generator set is a device that converts the chemical energy of methanol into electrical energy. It generally uses an internal combustion engine to burn methanol to generate heat energy, which then drives the piston to move, converting the heat energy into mechanical energy. After that, a generator is used to convert the mechanical energy into electrical energy. Methanol is mixed with air in the internal combustion engine and then ignited by a spark plug, compression ignition, or other methods to release energy and drive the engine to operate.
The 15kW methanol generator set is a "convenient livelihood model" for micro power consumption scenarios, especially suitable for emergency backup power supply for two-person households/single apartments, community convenience stalls (such as breakfast carts, small jewelry stalls), daily power supply for rural family yards, and outdoor temporary activities (such as small markets, rural cultural promotion). Equipped with a micro-efficient methanol combustion system, it optimizes fuel consumption for civil scenarios, with a methanol consumption rate as low as 1.2 liters per hour, and the daily use cost is much lower than that of traditional diesel generators; its emissions meet the national first-level civil environmental protection standards, with no obvious pungent odor during operation, making it suitable for close-range household or stall use.
The body shell is made of food-grade safety plastic material, which has both scratch-resistant and corrosion-resistant properties. Even if it is placed outdoors or in a humid environment for a long time, it is not easy to rust and age; the internal circuit is equipped with dual safety devices of overload protection and leakage protection, which will automatically shut down in case of accidental short circuit or excessive load, ensuring the user's electricity safety.
